Hi, I’m KJ.

I love weightlifting. The physics, the technique, the power of it all is beautiful to me. I wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach as soon as I found out it was a career, but life circumstances made it difficult to pursue that. Thankfully, I am jumping back into the fitness and nutrition world head first!

Fitness has been a huge part of my life. From competitive athletics to maintaining daily health, it has always been a primary focus. Within the past few years, my health has struggled, which turned my focus more towards nutrition and learning about how I can heal my body through my diet.

My goal is to empower people through fitness and nutrition. I want to use the knowledge that I have gained from my education, my experience, and others to help people grow and heal.

No matter what your journey is, I am here to help you find your strength.

My husband loves to lift as well and I am proud of his fitness journey.
